Spring Equinox Herbal Tea
The blend of herbs and flowers in this organic tea mix supports women's health and wellness, providing silica and other nutrients beneficial for hair, skin, and nails. It aids in balancing women's hormones, detoxifying the liver and kidneys, and offering clean, focused energy from a touch of green tea. If you prefer caffeine-free, I'm happy to accommodate, just ask! The anti-inflammatory and soothing properties of rose, calendula and lavender bring relaxation pain relief. Aaaaand (drum roll)... it helps alleviate seasonal allergies like sneezing, coughing and itching with anti-histamine herbs!
Directions: Add hot, pure water to 1 tablespoon tea and steep over low heat for 15 minutes. Remove from heat, strain, add plant-based milk and or sweetener if desired and serve hot or iced to enjoy the allergy-relieving, fragrant benefits of this special blend! Refrigerate used tea or use right away for a 2nd and 3rd steep. Makes 10-13 cups 1 steep, 20-26 with 2 steeps, and can even go for a 3rd steep!
