SacredCore™
Experience dance cardio fusion borrowing from sacred feminine dances like Belly, African, and Indian Temple Dance, intertwined with Pilates, Barre, and Yoga movements and breathing techniques. Delight in the ever-evolving, inspiring, and motivating routine themes, all set to amazing Ethno-Electro soundtracks that will have you shimmying, shining and smiling ear to ear while strengthening your deep core, balancing your pelvic floor, and toning your entire body! (Inspired by the Bellyfit® fitness program, for which Jessa is a certified instructor).
Three different formats throughout the month to support our energy and wellness in every moon phases!
Slow Burn~ low impact non-stop gentle cardio with graceful, feminine movements at a slower pace than the Cardio format. It's strong. It's sensual. It's sacred. We use this format for the New through Waxing Gibbous phase of the moon, when energy is a bit lower still but is rising to its peak with the Full moon!
Cardio~ moderate to high impact and intensity, tailored to your preferred level. This format is designed to get your heart pumping, harnessing the high energy and momentum of the Waxing Gibbous, Full, and Waning Gibbous moon phases. Expect non-stop beats that keep you moving, glowing, and shimmying throughout the session.
Flow~ low-impact, moderate-intensity SacredCore style integrates more yoga movements and poses, intentionally slowing our pace to align with the decreasing energy of the Waning Crescent and Basaltic (dark) moon phases. The slower pace doesn’t reduce the effectiveness of the workouts; in fact, it challenges you more as you don’t have momentum to assist your movements, allowing you to feel every muscle in your body!
Embodhied™
Strong. Sensual. Somatic. Our favorite feel-good session on the mat! Gentle, flowing movements that invite deep internal exploration to achieve balance, peace, and relaxation through the body's natural spirals and circles. The focus is on the internal experience, fostering a deep connection with sensations, emotions, and intuition. Movements are encouraged to flow naturally, in tune with personal rhythms, without concern for the external appearance of postures as in traditional yoga styles.
Incorporating gentle Pilates and Belly dance sensuality to these floor movements enhances core strength, range of motion, flexibility and mobility, aiding in the gradual release of pain and the inner processing of trauma within a completely safe environment. All month!
Glowing Goddess
This dynamic session focuses on strength, flexibility, mobility, and core depth, blending rhythmic mat Pilates, Barre, yoga, and belly dance. We provide props such as resistance bands, light weights, small Pilates balls, and yoga stability balls. It's all set to gorgeous Afrobeat soundtracks that will inspire your mind, body and spirit! Alternating with Throne Goddess, we practice this format during the Waxing Gibbous- Full- Waning Gibbous Moon phases when energy is higher.

Throne Goddess
Ascend to your throne and enhance strength, mobility, stability, and flexibility with this fusion session of seated Pilates, Barre, yoga, and Belly dance movements! Choose a chair or stability ball for your practice, and incorporate props like light weights, bands, and Pilates balls. The session is accompanied by soothing yet invigorating Ethno-LoFi soundtracks and drumming rhythms. Alternating with Glowing Goddess, we practice this format during the Waning Crescent- New- Waxing Crescent phases of the moon when energy is lower. Coming back soon!
Dancing Goddess
Belly dance is thought to be the most ancient dance form, originally crafted by women for women. It was designed to prepare the body for childbirth, aid in the birthing process, and facilitate healing afterward, as well as to honor the milestones of womanhood. Unlike the public performance it has become, it was once revered as the optimal exercise for women's health and fostering bonds among them. Fluidly strengthen and tone your deep core, arms and legs while improving posture and stamina in this no-impact, moderate-intensity American Tribal Fusion-inspired Belly dance session known for its sultry, serpentine movements. Experience empowerment, sensuality, and spirituality in our all-level sessions. Coming soon!
Pole Goddess
Cultivate your flow in this Pole Fitness session designed to meet you where you are. Not your typical pole class, we'll use the pole to deeply stretch and strengthen our entire bodies. Think of it as "Polates"! We go slow and easy, building strength and confidence with each movement, culminating with a low-flow, easy to learn combination. Inversions and other advanced skills do not take part in this session. This session is for ALL women to feel empowered, confident and revered, even those of us with chronic pain conditions. Dark-New Moon Candlelight Restore
Prepare for the new cycle ahead as you release pain, anxiety, and stress through deep floor poses, each held for several minutes. Restorative Yin yoga helps to alleviate and release tension in the muscles, fascia, joints, ligaments, and mind. With therapeutic themes, subdued lighting, soothing aromas and harmonious music, you'll emerge feeling as though you've had a profound massage for your spirit, mind, and body. One session per month during the Dark/ New Moon!
