SacredCore™~ our signature session!

Experience dance cardio fusion inspired by the sacred feminine dances like Belly, African, and Indian Temple Dance, intertwined with Pilates, Barre, and Yoga movements and breathing techniques. Delight in the ever-evolving, inspiring, and motivating routine themes, all set to amazing Ethno-Electro soundtracks that will have you shimmying and shining in Embodhi's signature practice session! 

Three different formats throughout the month to support our energy and wellness throughout the moon phases!

Slow Burn~ low impact non-stop cardio with graceful, feminine movements at a slower pace than the Cardio format. It's strong. It's sensual. It's sacred. We use this format for the New to 1st Crescent waxing phase of the moon, when energy is a bit lower still but is rising to its peak with the Full moon! 

Cardio~ moderate to high impact and intensity (choose your level), this format is designed to get the heart pumping and utilize the high energy and momentum of the Waxing Gibbous - Full - Waning Gibbous moon! Non-stop beats that keep you moving, glowing and shimmying are the hallmark of this format. 

Flow~ this low impact, moderate intensity yoga-esque style of SacredCore incorporates more yoga movements and poses, once again slowing our pace to honor our decreasing energy in the Waning Crescent- Basaltic (dark) moon. The slower pace does NOT mean our workouts are ineffective~ it actually makes you work a little harder as you don't have the momentum backing up your movements and you really feel every muscle of your body!


Glowing Goddess

This dynamic session focuses on strength, flexibility, mobility, and core depth, blending rhythmic mat Pilates, Barre, yoga, and belly dance. We provide props such as resistance bands, light weights, small Pilates balls, and yoga stability balls. It's all set to gorgeous Afrobeat soundtracks that will inspire your mind, body and spirit! Alternating with Throne Goddess, we practice this format during the Waxing Gibbous- Full- Waning Gibbous Moon phases when energy is higher.


Throne Goddess

Ascend to your throne and enhance strength, mobility, stability, and flexibility with this fusion session of seated Pilates, Barre, yoga, and Belly dance movements! Choose a chair or stability ball for your practice, and incorporate props like light weights, bands, and Pilates balls. The session is accompanied by soothing yet invigorating Ethno-LoFi soundtracks and drumming rhythms. Alternating with Glowing Goodess, we practice this format during the Waning Crescent- New- Waxing Crescent phases of the moon when energy is lower.


Dancing Goddess

Belly dance is thought to be the most ancient dance form, originally crafted by women for women. It was designed to prepare the body for childbirth, aid in the birthing process, and facilitate healing afterward, as well as to honor the milestones of womanhood. Unlike the public performance it has become, it was once revered as the optimal exercise for women's health and fostering bonds among them. Experience empowerment, sensuality, and spirituality in our all-level sessionscoming soon! 


Moon Goddess

Release your pain, anxiety, and stress through deep floor poses, each held for several minutes. Yin yoga helps to alleviate tension in the muscles, fascia, joints, ligaments, and mind. With therapeutic themes, subdued lighting, and harmonious music, you'll emerge feeling as though you've had a profound massage for your spirit, mind, and body. Blankets, bolsters, and hot water bottles are provided for your comfort. All month!


Restored Goddess

Step away from your worries and rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit in this serene, candlelit Restorative yoga class. Experience a state of deep relaxation and meditation, accompanied by a harmonious sound bath, soothing aromatherapy, and gentle candlelight, all designed to help you let go of the week's stress and enter the new one feeling refreshed and calm. For your complete comfort, bolsters, blankets, and warm hot water bottles are provided to support you during the extended deep floor poses. All month!


Embodied Goddess

Health professionals often recommend somatic movement embodied yoga as a top practice for women suffering from chronic pain, anxiety, and depression. Its gentle, flowing movements invite deep internal exploration to release trauma and achieve balance, peace, and relaxation through the body's spirals and circles. The focus is on the internal experience, fostering a deep connection with one's sensations, emotions, and intuition. Movements are allowed to flow naturally, in tune with personal rhythms, without concern for the external appearance of postures as in traditional yoga styles.

This practice gently enhances core strength, range of motion, flexibility, and mobility, aiding in the gradual release of pain and the processing of trauma within a completely safe environment. All month!
